For those of you who know me, you’d probably think I like Salad Bar PH because I am a fitness freak. It maybe true. But more than that, I want to share five notable reasons why I love Salad Bar PH and why I recommend you try it too!
As I grow older, I have become more conscious of what I eat. I try to let go of my fast food fancies and other junks I binge on. Of course, there would be times I would indulge in sweets or oily or fatty food, because they are, well, very tasty and just comforting, but if I can choose a meal I can consume day to day, I would be on the healthier side. Plus points if it is affordable and tasty!
Before our trip to Camarines Norte, I got to try SaladBar PH. Truth be told it was my first time to try it but as I get to know about the company, and got to taste their tasty salad platters, I got hooked!

The fruits, vegetables, grains, brad crumbs, dressing – all the ingredients of Salad Bar – they all undergo best-in-class sourcing, handling, assorting, and preparing. I am at peace to think that these ingredients are properly handled and prepared from “farm to platter”. One great cause of food poisoning is the improper food handling so it matters how the food is being handled and prepared by the seller.

How much is a salad platter at SaladBar PH?
The price starts at P30! I’m serious! You can have your salad for P30 per 100 grams. But of course I recommend you fill your container to its full!
So I filled mine and weighed my selection, I got it for 190 pesos. But if you check what is inside my container, I feel the price should be more: a lot of lettuce base, two slices of ripe mango, a cheek of peach, lychee, grapes, papaya, parmesan, nuts, macaroni… not to mention the reusable container!
