Rong Hua Bak Kut Teh opens in Mckinley West Taguig

Love everything here! Literally everything BUT why am I rating this 4/5 on Tripadvisor? Just because I am from Angono, Rizal and it is quite challenging to come here… and also, I thought it is great for their business if I leave one star for improvement 🙂 maybe incorporate GCash or PAYMAYA payment next time? BUT it is already commendable they accept WeChat payments!

The hospitality and professionalism of the staff here are 6/5 though lol It is superb!!! 🙂 I feel they value their customers as much as their job. They must have been well-trained and well-managed… really grateful for their service!

Trying out Singapore’s famed Rong Hua Bak Kut Teh (signature spare ribs soup) here in Manila at their first branch in McKinley West 😍 📸 @kristianmarfori . . . . . . #ronghua #bakkutteh #ronghuamanila #foodies#newrestaurant #mckinley #foodbloggers #manilafoodbloggers #thegirlwiththemujihat #spareribs #chinesefood #chinesecuisine #musttryfood #chineserestaurants

When we were eating, I noticed that the waiter assigned to our table was constantly checking us (and other tables) to see what we may be needing. The server had the initiative to ask about what else we required–a soup refill for example or when we wanted our dessert to be served. I liked that you don’t have to ask for water refill or tea, they are keen to serve even before you ask for it.

The staff are always smiling too and very cordial when communicating with the customers. In fact, when we entered the restaurant, the staff who opened the door for us warmly welcomed us with her pretty and friendly smile, I immediately felt special!

The food is worth the traffic and long drive considering the flavor, presentation, taste, AND THE PRICE!!!!!

Pork Ribs soup for sharing is only Php330!!!! So affordable!!! Same with the other mouthwatering dishes.

My favorites would be: the tofu, lotus buns, shrimp balls (will edit later, I forgot the name of the dish lol), chicken stir fry with ginger and spices… avocado panna cotta… and yeah the ribs soup!!!

Parting Words

Will definitely come back here with other family members. You should visit too!!!
