While the previous vacuum did a decent job of collecting debris, it would clean randomly until its battery died, occasionally leaving some areas untouched. However, the T10S isn’t without its drawbacks. I’ve encountered a few hiccups with the mapping; there have been instances where it lost its way and required re-mapping. On one occasion, it even erased all its programming. Thankfully, customer service was responsive and guided me through an update that restored its functionality.
Another issue I’ve noticed is that the T10S struggles to climb through the vivarium legs.. I just wish it gives up and notes on its system that it shouldn’t be cleaned but, everytime it still covers that part in terms of cleaning… Additionally, it is notably louder than the A4s, which can be disruptive while trying to enjoy family time or some well-deserved relaxation (so make sure schedule the cleaning when you are not home).
