Okay so I have to talk about my new favorite thing on court (and off court, apparently, because I literally can’t put it down, even at home).
If you’ve been following me on Instagram, you’ve probably seen the little slow-mo clip of me kicking my paddle up in the living room on a supposed “rest day.” That paddle doesn’t really rest… and neither do I. That paddle is from Arte, and I’ve been wanting to write a proper review of it for a while now.

First things first, what is Arte?
Arte is a pickleball brand from Singapore, and their whole vibe is built around one idea: a paddle for someone who refuses to be ordinary. When I first read that, I thought, okay, that’s cute branding… but after actually playing with it, I get it. It doesn’t feel like just another paddle you grab off a rack.
Let’s talk about the pink 🩷
I’m just going to say it. This is the cutest paddle on court. The pink is so pretty in person, and every time I bring it out, someone asks me where I got it. It photographs really well too (which, as someone who films half her life for content, is a big deal for me).
But here’s the thing… cute is nice, cute is fun, but cute doesn’t win rallies. So the real question is, does it perform?
Yes, it performs!!!!!!!
Here’s what I noticed after playing with it:
Good pop. The ball comes off the paddle with a nice, lively response. My drives and put-aways feel like they have real intention behind them, not just a hopeful little tap.
Forgiving sweet spot. This is the one I love the most. We all have those shots where we don’t hit it perfectly center (me, many times, especially after a long day at the clinic), and this paddle is very forgiving on those. Off-center hits still go where I want them to go more often than not.
Comfortable grip. It just feels good in the hand. For longer sessions this matters a lot, because a paddle that feels awkward after an hour will mess with your game more than you think.

Who is Arte Pickleball Paddle for?
Whether you’re just starting out (LIKE MYSELF) or you’ve been playing for a while, it just works. If you’re a beginner, the forgiving sweet spot will help you build confidence without feeling like every mishit is a disaster. If you’ve been playing for some time already, you’ll appreciate the pop and the control when things get fast at the kitchen line.
And if you’re someone who likes your gear to reflect your personality… well, you already know. 🩷
Can you get it in the Philippines?
Yes! This was one of my first questions too, since Arte is based in Singapore. You can order it online and have it shipped straight from Singapore to your home here in the Philippines. No need to wait for a friend’s balikbayan trip or pasabuy.

Final thoughts
I love gear that looks good and actually does the job, and the Arte paddle checks both boxes. It’s pretty, it’s playful, and it holds its own on court. If you’ve been thinking about upgrading your paddle, or you want one that feels a little more you, this is the one I’d point you to.
See you on the court (or in my living room, kicking paddles in slow-mo).
Padayon! 🩷
